Use of Speaker Only - Line up a time for the Lead Pastor or a sound tech to show you how to plug in and operate the speaker

The Event Owner understands that any damage to any appliance or fixture (coffee maker, chairs, audio/visual equipment, etc) that is caused by misuse, mistreatment, or negligence will result in the Event Owner being financially responsible for repair or replacement costs.

The Event Owner shall be in charge of running and organizing the Event and is FULLY RESPONSIBLE for all event participants, volunteers, staff, etc. OneChurch is not responsible for any injuries occurring to event participants, volunteers or staff or any other persons using any equipment within the facility or on its property (including parking areas, etc.) during the event period, regardless of who owns said equipment. The Event Owner further agrees not to hold OneChurch responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damage to property and further, OneChurch will not be held liable for any costs incurred by the Event Owner due to claims from any party, including court costs and attorney fees.

OneChurch shall have sole discretion in exercising the right of refusal. Should an Event be determined to be ineligible for use after an agreement has been signed, OneChurch shall notify the Event Owner as soon as possible, and the booking donation shall be repaid within 30 days of said notification.

I have read and understand the terms and responsibilities detailed above and will be responsible for them in regards to all event participants. As the Event Owner (or authorized representative) I fully understand and will fully abide by this agreement and, I/we understand our responsibility.
