Bouncer Rental - Private Event

Rules and Regulations

Always have adults present to supervise

Each bouncer has a maximum participant and age policy

No food or drinks on units

Never climb exterior or interior walls

No children allowed on units while inflating

Unit will deflate if power fails: EXIT immediately

All shoes must be removed

No toys or sharp objects

No wet or excessively dirty people

No climbing slides & clear bottom quickly

Facility MUST be cleaned following event. Garbages must be emptied. Floors must be swept.

Event Owner understands that any damage to any product that is caused by misuse or mistreatment will result in the Event Owner being financially responsible for repair or replacement.

The Event Owner or using party shall be in charge of operation and is FULLY RESPONSIBLE for the unit(s). OneChurch is not responsible for any injuries occurring to participants of the event or any persons using the equipment & bouncer units at an event. The Event Owner further agrees to hold OneChurch free and harmless against any claims and further, OneChurch will be indemnified for any and all costs occurred due to claim from anyone, including court costs and attorney fees. The Event Owner will provide their liability insurance. The Event Owner is responsible for the replacement value of the equipment in the event of theft, vandalism, fire, or any act that may destroy the booked property.

 

I have read and understand the instructions of the safe operations of this equipment and will enforce all the rules. And I also fully understand the previous paragraph and will fully abide by it and I/Us (Organization) understand our responsibility.

Costs: (by donation)
