Rules and Regulations
Please provide at least one volunteer per bouncer, and help empower them by adhering to the following rules:
Each bouncer has a maximum participant and age policy
No food or drinks on units or tarps
Units must be tethered or grounded
No children on units without our workers present
No children allowed on units while inflating
Unit will deflate if power fails; EXIT immediately
All shoes must be removed
No toys or sharp objects
No wet or excessively dirty people
Never climb the exterior or interior walls
No climbing slides & clear bottom quickly
Any Adult or Child not complying with the above rules or presenting rude or inappropriate behaviors will be asked to leave the OneChurch Bouncy Castle area.
OneChurch is not responsible for any injuries occurring to participants of the community event of any persons using the equipment & bouncer units at the event. The Organization further agrees to hold OneChurch free and harmless against any claims and further, OneChurch will be indemnified for any and all costs incurred due to claim from anyone, including court costs and attorney fees. The Organization will provide their own liability insurance.
I have fully read and understand the instructions on the safe operations of this equipment and will enforce all the rules. I also fully understand the previous paragraph and will fully abide by it and I/we (Organization) understand our responsibility.
Need to Know
A OneChurch representative will set up & tear down the bouncer units for your event.
You will be responsible to provide at least one supervisor per bouncer at this event. Your volunteer will need to arrive early so that our OneChurch representative can train them.
Other Requirements
- An electrical outlet must be located within 50 feet of set up area
- Inflatable should be set up on a flat surface.
- Adequate space is a must; please be aware of the sizes of the inflatables.
- Strong winds, rain, and hazardous weather will require cancelation or rescheduling of the event. OneChurch reserves the right to shut down units in hazardous weather conditions.
